Day 1: Departure after breakfast crossing the High Atlas through the TIZI IN TICHKA pass (2,260 m above sea level), passing through Berber villages to reach the fortified village of AIT BEN HADDO free time to visit it quietly, lunch in the village and continue towards the Draa Valley to spend the first night at the hotel with lunch and breakfast.
Day 2: We will cross the Atlas Mountains to reach the Sahara Desert through the magnificent palm groves and oasis of the Draa Valley, incredible landscapes and rock formations. Travel with a private driver in a 4 * 4 vehicle through the mountains, valleys and Saharan trails, spend the first night in a Kasbah hotel and the second in the desert camp or in a luxury suite, take a camel ride at sunset and enjoy the silence of the desert.
Day 3: Visit as many attractions as possible such as Ait Benhaddou, Draa Valley, Mhamid and spend the night in a tented camp. Our itinerary includes off-road trails and bumpy roads, operates daily from Marrakech and includes an intensive day trip back from Erg Chigaga to Marrakech through arid landscapes, this is the most balanced trip you can take.

3 DAYS AND 2 NIGHTS FROM MARRAKECH TO THE MERZOUGA DESERT
DAY 1: MARRAKECH – AIT BEN HADDOU – OURZAZAT – DADES VALLEY Departure after breakfast crossing the High Atlas by the TIZI IN TICHKA pass (2,260 m above sea level), passing through Berber villages to reach the fortified village of 'AIT BEN HADDO free time to visit it quietly, lunch in the village and continue towards the Dadès Valley Dinner and accommodation at the hotel
DAY 2: DADES VALLEY – TODRA GORGES – MERZOUGA Departure on a road dotted with different Kasbahs. After several stops we will arrive at one of the most outstanding places in the South: THE TODRA GORGES. The Todra River has formed a gorge with vertical walls of enormous proportions and great beauty, it is a paradise for climbers and a unique place. We continue south, free lunch en route and continue towards the desert until we reach the impressive Dunes of Merzouga. Free time to climb the dunes and enjoy the sunset. After dinner a Berber show with drums awaits us. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
DAY 3: MERZOUGA – MARRAKECH We avoid the ERG CHABBI, an extension of the sand desert where the Great Dune of MOROCCO is located, connecting by track part of the route followed by the old Paris-Dakar, with the mountains that border Algeria in the background. And we return to Marrakech by another route.

Day 01: We will tour Marrakech, the former imperial city in western Morocco. Early in the morning we will discover some of the most fascinating places in the city. We will begin by visiting the minaret of the Koutoubia Mosque, so important in its time that it inspired the design of the Giralda in Seville. This ancient monument is one of the spiritual centers of the country. We will continue to the Bahia Palace, one of the most beautiful testimonies of traditional architecture from the medieval Muslim era. Finally, we will visit Jamaa el Fna square, the epicenter of Moroccan culture, from where all the streets and souks that make up the medina are structured.
Day 3 - Casablanca - Rabat - Tangier (Mohamed V Square, Anfa district, Hassan II Mosque, Royal Palace and Asilah) Included: breakfast, dinner After breakfast, we will start the walk in the famous economic capital, Casablanca. We will explore its art deco buildings, which contrast with the old medieval palaces. We will start by exploring Mohamed V Square, the Corniche promenade and the sophisticated Anfa district. We will continue to the Hassan II Mosque, which we will see from the outside, which has one of the tallest minarets in the world. At the scheduled time we will move towards Rabat, one of the country's capitals as well as one of the imperial cities of Morocco. We will be able to admire the Hassan Tower, located next to the unfinished mosque. We will continue to the mausoleum of Mohamed V, built in honor of the sultan who gave Morocco independence. We will also see the exterior of the Royal Palace, as well as the Qasba of Udaya, located in the delta of the Bou Regreg River. At the scheduled time we will begin our journey to Tangier, passing through the coastal town of Asilah. Arrival at the chosen hotel in Tangier, dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 4 - Tangier - Chaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fez (Rif Mountains, Meknes and Fez) Included: breakfast, dinner After breakfast, we will take a panoramic tour of this city by the sea. After departure, we will cross the Rif Mountains until we reach Chaouen, the blue city. We will then continue our way to the Roman Volubilis, more than 2,400 years old. Within the archaeological area we will see fascinating columns and mosaics. Next, we will visit the imperial city of Meknes, which houses one of the most impressive mausoleums in the country: that of Moulay Ismail. A short walk takes us to Fez. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Note: from November 2024, the stop at Volubilis will not be made.
Day 5 - Fez (Royal Palace and craft workshops) After breakfast, we will take a day trip to Fez, the most spiritual city in Morocco thanks to its 785 mosques. It also has one of the most fascinating medinas (old quarters) in all of Morocco. The tour begins at the top of the nearby hills to observe the best views of the city. We will continue towards the golden gates of the Royal Palace, then enter the historic district of the city, full of craft workshops and ancient Koranic teaching centers or madrasas. After the visit we will begin the return to the hotel.
Day 6 - Fez - Midelt - Merzouga (Middle Atlas, Midelt, Ziz Valley, Rissani, Merzouga and Sahara dunes) Included: breakfast, dinner Early in the morning, we will cross the Middle Atlas Mountains towards Midelt, famous for its carpets and apple crops. We will continue on this Berber road that crosses the Ziz Valley, passing through Rissani, which was one of the main stages of the ancient caravan route and where the current Alawite dynasty was born. Finally we will reach the Merzouga desert, where we will take a 4x4 excursion that will take us through the dunes of the Sahara. We will spend the night in an exotic Berber tent under the stars. Dinner and accommodation at the camp.
Day 7 - Merzouga - Tinghir - Ouarzazate (Todra Gorges, Dadès Valley and Kelaa M'Gouna) Included: breakfast, dinner We will enjoy the sunrise and then head towards the Todra Gorges, a rocky valley with narrow, jagged walls over 300 metres high, between which the Todra River passes. Next, we will set off towards the Dades Valley, home to fascinating reddish fortresses situated next to green oases. Finally, we will visit the village of Kelaa M'Gouna, known for its roses and the essence that emerges from them. We will head to the hotel located in Ouarzazate, where we will have dinner and accommodation.
Day 8 - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech (Qasba of Taourirt, Ksar d'Ait Ben Haddou and High Atlas) Included: breakfast, dinner After breakfast, we will leave to begin our tour of Ouarzazate, where we will visit the Qasba of Taourirt, residence of the former Pasha of Marrakech Thami El Glaoui, also known as the Lord of the Atlas. We will continue to see the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO thanks to its incredible beauty. It is a qasba full of crenellated towers that has been the protagonist of countless films. We will cross the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n'Tichka pass, located more than 2,260 m above sea level, being one of the highest walks in all of Morocco. Arrival in Marrakech, dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
